Kenting National Park was established in 1984. It was the first national park in Taiwan.
墾丁國家公園在1984年成立。是台灣第一個國家公園。

Make a turn into the archway before Kenting Street, and then up the hill is the park; however, the uphill drive is over 10 minutes.
到墾丁大街之前轉彎進牌樓，爬上山就是公園；不過，這一段上山路至少要開10多分鐘。

Kenting Forest Recreation Area was a tropical botanical garden during the Japanese colonial era and the first one in Taiwan. The existing recreation area occupies 76 hectares. It takes at least 3 hours to walk the whole park.
墾丁森林遊樂區在日治時代是熱帶植物園，也是台灣第一個熱帶植物園。已開發的遊樂區佔地有76公頃。全程走完至少得花3小時。

The entire area is divided into two tourist regions and 17 tourist attractions, encompassing over 1200 tropical plants. The most famous tourist attractions are Heritiera Littoralis Dryand, Stalagmite Precious Cave, Ocean View Tower, Weeping Fig Valley and One Line Sky.
全區分成2個遊覽區及17處遊覽景點，包括了超過1200種熱帶植物。最有名的景觀有銀葉板根、石筍寶穴、觀海台、垂榕谷、一線天。

The Ocean View Tower is a must-see tourist attraction. You get to view Taiwan Strait, Bashi Channel and Pacific Ocean. Even in a non-sunny day, the entire peninsula immerging in the ocean is still a magnificent sight to behold.
觀海樓是必到景點。你可以從這裡可以看到台灣海峽、巴士海峽和太平洋。即使在沒有陽光的天氣，整個半島尾端沒入海中的景象，仍然非常壯觀。

Sheding Park is next to Kenting Forest Recreation Area. Natural ecosystems are abundant inside the park. It's a famous hawk-watching site every September. Sometimes you get to see wild sika deer.
社頂公園位於墾丁森林遊樂區旁。公園裡面有豐富的自然生態。這裡在每年九月是著名的賞鷹景點。有時你還能看見野生的梅花鹿。

Sheding Park is under the care of Sheding Tribe Development Association. They provide tourists with guided tours as well as proactively maintaining the diversified ecosystems. The park is one of the prime examples of community development success in Taiwan.
社頂公園主由社頂部落發展協會負責維護。他們提供遊客導覽行程，也積極維護生態多樣性。這個公園是台灣社區營造成功的最好範例之一。
