Una is a vintage house, situated in a very quiet alley. The interior is renovated to be spacious. There aren't many waiters and waitresses, but they all wear uniforms.
Una是位在靜巷的老房子。改建後內部空間很寬敞。服務人員不多，卻穿著制服。

The welcome sign at the front door entrance reads "Bevenuto," meaning "welcome" in Italian. This is after all an Italian and French restaurant.
外門入口的歡迎招牌寫著「Benvenuto」這樣的義大利文，意思是歡迎光臨。這裡畢竟是義大利以及法式風格餐廳。

The chef used to be a photographer. He decided to become a chef for family reasons. He worked as a chef in Go Go Brazil and opened his own restaurant in San-xia, New Taipei City before coming back to Chai-yi.
